To promote the socio-cultural awareness all festivals are celebrated with pomp and show. Theme days are the in-thing in Nursery.
Extra Curricular Activities

The school provides opportunities for children to develop talents in co-curricular activities. Children at all levels are given opportunities to participate in the events planned for the year apart from Intra School Competitions also.
Extra Curricular Activities certainly play a very important role in education, widening its scope and making it meaningful. The school organizes a variety of activities like debate, elocution, music, dance, painting and interschool competitions. Arvind provides a range of extracurricular activities to meet the varying interests and needs of students. Every child in every class is provided with an opportunity to choose and take part in an activity of his liking. Talents are constantly developed and children get an opportunity to display them during sports day, school annual day and at various interschool competitions.
Field Trips

Periodical field trips are organized to make children eco-conscious, develop leadership qualities and improve General Knowledge.
Course work in the Arvind curriculum requires students to learn through real world problems and have real world experiences. Extended, field trips are an essential component of learning, especially for the higher grades in subjects like biology, geography and economics. They provide realistic opportunities to demonstrate the interconnectedness of learning. Educational tours are organized to give an insight into the world of knowledge beyond classroom.
Aksharabhyasa
